In town centers of old, The Belfry served as a focal point of a community – a symbol for the people of the community that stood alone. For the surrounding villagers & travelers, The Belfry was a beacon that they had arrived safely to their desired destination and weathered the toils of their travels.
The Belfry was also used as a signal of celebration, a warning signal of things to come, and as a tool keep time – to pace daily life.
Here at The Belfry Gastro House we have combined this important symbol, with the merriment typical of Europe’s finest Gastro Houses.
